AgriAssist is an intelligent agricultural support platform powered by Google Gemini 3, designed to help farmers identify crop diseases, receive treatment recommendations, and make informed farming decisions.
The application uses multimodal artificial intelligence to analyse crop images, videos, and audio descriptions, providing possible disease diagnoses, recommended treatments, and confidence scores. It also features an interactive AI chatbot that allows farmers to ask follow-up questions and receive personalised guidance.
Built with Next.js, React, and FastAPI, AgriAssist integrates location-aware analysis, multilingual support, and web-assisted verification to improve the relevance and reliability of agricultural recommendations.
The project demonstrates the practical application of Generative AI, multimodal machine learning, and full-stack development in addressing real-world agricultural challenges.
